Refund Policy

The $3 first month
The $3 first month on the 13-month plan is non-refundable. If you decide not to continue, simply don’t pay for the next 12 months and your plan ends.
Yearly, 13-month and 2-year hosting
If you cancel within 14 days of a payment for a yearly period (including the 12 months after the $3 month, and 2-year plans), we refund that payment in full. After 14 days, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and isn’t refunded.
Monthly hosting
Monthly hosting is non-refundable. You can cancel any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for.
Business email and add-ons
They follow the same rule as the period they’re billed for: monthly items are non-refundable, yearly items can be refunded within 14 days of payment.
Domains
When we offer domains, registrations and renewals are non-refundable, because the registry charges us the moment a domain is registered or renewed.
Websites and marketing
Custom website and marketing work is covered by the quote or proposal we agree with you, including deposits and milestones. Work already delivered isn’t refundable.
How to ask for a refund
Open a ticket in your dashboard or on our Help page, or email hello@shanehub.com, within the refund window. Refunds go back to the PayPal account or card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
