Terms of Service

Last updated 25 October 2026. The agreement between you and ShaneHub when you use our hosting, business email, websites, marketing services and your ShaneHub dashboard. Plain words, no surprises.

Who we are

ShaneHub is a web hosting, business email, website design and digital marketing business based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You can reach us at hello@shanehub.com or on WhatsApp at +971 54 864 4944. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean ShaneHub, and “you” means the person or business using our services.

Your account

You need a free ShaneHub account to buy and manage services. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with Google, so keep access to that email account secure. You’re responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your contact details up to date, so we can reach you about renewals, security and your services.

Our services

Hosting, business email, website design, marketing and our other services are separate products. What’s included in each hosting and email plan is shown on our website and at checkout. For custom websites and marketing, the quote or proposal we agree with you describes the scope, timeline, price and what we need from you. CRM is not available to buy yet.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars unless a quote says otherwise, and are shown before you pay. Payments are taken on a secure PayPal page: you can use a PayPal account or a debit or credit card. We never see or store your card details. Plans renew at the price shown at checkout unless you cancel before the renewal date.

The Start-for-$3 offer

The $3 first month is available on the 13-month hosting plan only. You pay $3 for the first month. Before it ends, we send you a reminder and a payment for the next 12 months at the offer price (Starter $11.99, Premium $18.99, Unlimited $26.99). After those 13 months, the plan renews yearly at the standard price (Starter $24.99, Premium $32.99, Unlimited $39.99). If you don’t continue after the first month, your plan ends and your website and email are switched off after a short grace period. Your files and email stay in place while you decide.

Renewals, reminders and missed payments

We remind you before each renewal by email. If a payment is missed, your services stay online during a short grace period. After that, your website and email may be paused until payment is made, and are switched back on once it is. Services that stay unpaid may be cancelled after further notice, and their data deleted.

Fair and lawful use

You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: nothing illegal, no spam, malware or phishing, and nothing that harms other customers or our servers. “Unmetered” and “unlimited” plans are for normal websites and businesses; if your use affects others, we’ll talk to you first.

Your content and ownership

Your website content, files, emails and data belong to you. You’re responsible for having the rights to everything you upload or send. For custom websites we build, you own the finished site once the agreed price is paid in full, apart from third-party themes, plugins, fonts and images, which stay under their own licences. We may show finished websites we built in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Backups and availability

Hosting plans include automatic backups that you can restore from your control panel, or that we can restore for you. Please also keep your own copy of anything important. We work hard to keep services online and fast, and we announce planned maintenance in advance where we can, but we can’t promise uninterrupted service.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. Refunds follow our Refund Policy. Before a plan ends, download anything you want to keep; after it ends, its files and email may be deleted.

Liability

We aren’t liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Changes and governing law

If we make important changes to these terms, we’ll tell you by email or in your dashboard before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. If there’s a disagreement, please contact us first: most things are solved with a conversation.
